spraying my vtr alloys....

   hey guys going to spray my alloys the weekend iv got the primer, white paint and the lacquer.
   
   my question is. they have one or 2 bubbles on the front wheels at the moment what would be the best thing to do before i primer them. wet and dry the whole alloy?
