Help in the Middlesbrough area...

   Alright so I want my saxo lowerig 40mm all around, problem is I have no idea what Im doing, so can someone tell me the best place to go to get it done in the Middlesbrough area. By 'best' place I also mean cheapest place... it is Christmas!
   
   Or ... if you could give me links to buy all the parts I need so I can order them, then go to a garage to fit them.
