Honeycomb or mesh?

   I've got a black 106 GTI and currently my front and back grills (on the bumper) have a plastic honeycomb type of grill which i have sprayed black, but am debating getting some metal mesh and spraying it a bright red and putting this in place instead, just to give off a different kind of look.
   
   What do people think will look better?
   
   Obviously i will need to find a way of fitting the mesh, as opposed to the honecomb plastic grill is already in place with the attached clips.

   Do it mate if you can unclip the standard mesh then this will be the way to go rather then cutting it.

   The mesh looks good, but the honeycomb is better imo!

   The honeycomb comes off quite easily as its just clips.
   
   As you can see from the pic it looks ok in red (ignore the rear bumpstrips, they will be gloss black soon)
   
   
   
   So it's either keep that or get the metal mesh in red.
