Important! : whats best way to paint bumper strips + rust questions

   well i dont want to paint them silver as they already are lol, just wondering wat would be best way of getting them to original colour just sand down with 1000 and 2000 grit then matt black paint ?
   
   actualy aint baught the car yet picking it up friday, but the engine bay has bin painted black few rust spots but only seems to be surface rust wats best way of curing all this ?
   
   where the spare wheel would be is bit rust too again best way of sorting it ?
   
   urm think thats it for now lol

   google how to paint using rattle cans lol,
   just sand down the area you want to spray,mask off the area and use the correct primer then top coat then laquer if you want to..
   sand the area using finer and finer grades of wet and dry

   wasnt some asking this other day. sure someone said u can buy a black rattle can that drys back to look like the original plastic.
