Kam Racing - reply?

    Hi there

    Last week i wrote to Kam Racing, because i'd like to hear shipping price for a set of springs to Denmark.

    No reply yet.

    Anybody knows how long time they usually take to reply?

    We are getting so many queries I am a little behind as I'm having to travel to see a lot of suppliers about new products we are getting made..

    I dont get why people dont just pick up the phone these days?

    not really. We are a web focused business and I dont do sales via the phone. I'm not always in the office to do that as I also have to deal with other areas of the business other than selling. Email is usually answered within 48hrs, though its been extremely busy the last month.
    I have a number. If customers really need it then I give it to them though they still have to buy on the website. To be honest the website is mostly clear with pricing for UK customers. Shipping information is given without needing to register (going to the basket page). International orders are more complicated and require work to get the right shipping price as it all depends on weight. Its also expensive to ring the UK and discuss different products etc.
    I dont want to have a landline and offer a crap service, so until we improve a few aspects of the business and grow to get some dedicated office staff I wont
    2010 will see some massive changes to our business, so will see what happens then...
