Rear Beam
-
#1
-
#22 hours providing no brake pipes snap or need replacing
-
#3fair enough sounds alrite.. cheers mate
-
#42 hours providing nothing brakes off, just matter of swoping stuff over............
-
#5they are pretty easy to drop out, just doing all the brake pipes etc takes time
-
#6it took me a about 8 hous in total.
BUT
I took my time (was learning as i went along)
I fucked a thread on one of the brake line (where it goes into the caliper lol)
I had to change everything over
I took the new beam apart just to see how it all goes together -
#7well at least ull kno how to do it faster next time lol... i just need to take it off my old vtr before it goes to scrappy and put the beam onto the new one, that way i got all the same suspension setup and its all good
-
#8I do one in about 2 hours, with everything else to hand to make up brake pipes etc if things go wrong!
-
#9I can do them in two & half hours with help, witch you'll probably need if its your first time...
-
#10Some VTRs had ABS and some did not. If its a ABS car you have to have the ABS timming discs and senders.
-
#11aaa that might be a problem then, my old vtr had abs and the current one i have dosn't, probs best i just lower the torsion will be easier, if anyone is close to me and fancies dropping it down for me for some cash let me know???
