   Hey i have seen some people have raised the bonnet slightly at the windscreen end , how is this done? cheers

   just longer bolts and washers is a cheap way
   i made my own spacers for mine

   however high you want them to be raised.. mine are at an inch and look fine but people go lower or higher..

   I got mine from egay. Steel blocks about three inch long with longer bolts. Look better on mk1's than mk2's imo. You get tired of people telling you that your bonnet is up though!

    tell me about it, if i got a quid everytime someone told me my bonnet is open i'd be driving a Ferrari by now
    
    think they look good on mk1's but i'm thinking of taking mine off, i'm sick of explaining to people what they are
