Ticking...

   When in neutral theres this weird ticking sound, but when I put it in gear or put my foot on the clutch it goes away? Any clue on what this could be?

   Gearbox layshaft bearings, they will just get louder over time, be okay for good while yet so don't worry to much. The noise goes away with clutch down because the engine is no longer rotating the gearbox internals.

   Or maybe clutch release bearing...

   Yeh release bearing, change it if it gets louder mate
