lowering my vtr

   going to lower my car tomorrow any tips or advise before i get started with this dreaded torsion bar?
   
   i have my coca cola and wd40 ready haa
   
   and a guide which i printed of here so i'm giving it a go

   ive been told to wd40 the ends of the bars like a week before, then the night before
   
   apparently a bar a similar size to the torsion bar resting on a jack with a big fuck off lump hammer or sledge is on the end is usually successful

   Best way to do it is with the pulling tool

   I used a fat fuck off sledge hammer, barley lift it ffs. Bars wouldn't shift.
   
   After 9 hours of banging away, they popped out.
   
   Ou tcame the wire brush, some wd40 and then loads of copper slip
