clutch rod/clutch cable to clutch connecter.

   Were the clutch cable connects to the clutch. the rod is snapping, so ive decided not to drive the car till i get it fixed...
   
   Question is.... is the rod changable? or is it a new clutch???
   
   and were can i get the rod to change it if possible

   Are they easy to fit? do you have to remove the clutch? or can it done while everything is still together?
