hey mate little unsure what these are my self i belive its just a tank were you put ya breather pipes in to catch any oil which mayb come out of ya breahter on ya head will give no perfomance increase at all

so there really only there for show and are they easy to fit or a pain in the arse?

if you ever take yor rocker cover off you will probably find a load of thick carbony bitty coked up oil, well this cant leave the engine through the breather so stays in and well i cant say does much good for the engine, if you fit one you will tend to find it starts to fill up with crap that you wouldnt want to put in your engine, so why leave it there??

so it removes all of the S**ty oil from the top part of the engine suppose al invest in one any 1 on how they are fitted?

Instead of oil vapours being routed back into the inlet, you have a choice of venting them straight to air (which i'm led to believe is actually illegal, although I could be wrong, not that it stops most doing it), or venting to a catch tank.

Personally can't see a massive need for a tank, unless your engine breathes heavily though tbh.

Catch tanks are more for show. Most performance engines dont run catch tanks you want that oil vapour to go back through the inlet to keep everything lubed and free in the real world.
