FSE Boost Valve And Spark Plugs

   Hi, a few questions i dont know the answer to
   
   firstly ive been looking at fse boost valves on the web, are they any good? also can u fit a dump valve to these?
   Secondly to upgraded spark plugs really make a difference?

   FSE boost valve = Just allows you to alter the fueling, not good in 90% of the cases there used and wont do what they claim to.
   
   Spark Plugs = Debatable, but barely any difference perforance wise, however will last longer tha standard plugs though.
   
   P.S - You need a turbo or supercharger to fit a dump valve

   cheers, buger love the sound of the dump valve, cant afford to turbo it up tho

   Fse had to change the claims of extra power etc in there adverts a few years ago.
   Were made to do so by trading standerds as they couldnt prove them.
   Says it all.
   
   Spark plugs, so long as they are good quality and changd regualy you wont see any differance in terms of power.
   3 and 4 electorde ones just give a better spark for longer.
   You wont go wrong with ngk r plugs at about a tenner a set

   Some first steps to take performance wise would be:
   
   Enclosed induction kit
   Cat-back exhaust
   Decat
   4-2-1 manifold
   
   These are commonly reffered to as "breathing mods" as they help the car to basically get the air in better and get it out better, Thus giving some gains in power. Dont expect miracles but you could gain upto and just above 10bhp if you where lucky along with better a sounding car and better looks
