Pug Cyclone Alloys

   I have a silver mk2 vtr and recently bought some pug cyclone alloys like these..
   
   
   
   I want to get them refurbed and sprayed in gloss black but I really want to get rid of the peugeot badges.. is there anyway to do this? Also have anyone got pictures of them fitted to a saxo?

   i suppose you could grind them back but it would be quite the ballache imo.
   i dont think they would be all that noticable once sprayed black.

   Grind them back or get some filler & fill the so the pug badge is flat then put a Citroen wheel sticker on them.

   What you want is a small tool like a Dremel with an abrasive attachment on to get the badge flattened down then wet/dry skim with some filler.

   IIrc jamiemackie on here had some on his old vts with the pug logo smoothed off, looked smart. As said I rekon a dremel would do it just be careful when your doing it not to go too far lol.

   i used a fat grinding disc and it was gone in about 3-4mins, no pics im afraid was messing about on my old scrap cyclone

   a big thick grinding disk and a really steady hand with a grinder haha, a dremel would take plenty of time but would probs be a better finished item

    im going to do this to 1.9 205 wheels.. as people have said grind them down filler etc im going to just get sum stickers made up to go on them
