Undoing Spare Wheel!!! Help!!

   i cannot for the life of me find out how to get the spare wheel out?
   
   HOw is it done? there is a bolt going up into the boot but it has no real head for a screwdriver or anything?
   
   also where is the wheel nut thing?

   you undo that bolt, i used the towing eye to unscrew it.
   
   Then it drops down.. and theres a jack and the 'wheel nut thing' in there.

   you wheel bolt wrench should be in the side of the boot held in with a plastic clip. you use the end of that to undo the bolt that holds the spare wheel up underneath the car.
   
   this is when you find out your spare is fucked too
