What colour is your rocker cover? Mine is W reg and its the silver top 90bhp

And a panel filter is good it should rev more freely, get a good cold air feed and you might get a small gain of around 2bhp so or, but really dont expect miracles

also ive noticed the rocker cover has been taken off in the past at some point some sealant is visible should i be worried.not had it long no service history either. seems to be runnin fine just had new thermostat lot cooler. sounds smooth

a descent panel filter in standard box with good feed is just as good as more expensive bmc etc

my rocker covers silver guess its 90bhp then. tried keepin up with a clio sport earlier down a duel carrage way no chance just read they about 180 bhp lol

Clio Sports are 172 or 182 and 2.0 so i can imagine you didnt really do that well lol

And get the panel filter and a extra air feed off Ebay, type in "Cold Air Feed"

Just go for NGKs, Bosch 4s, Split Vs etc

Iridium dont do anything, no spark plugs add horsepower, just last longer. So get some of the first 3 that i listed for about £15 for 4

Next would be a good Exhaust system and a 4-2-1 manifold mate

    A VTS with:

    panel filter
    4-2-1
    Good exhaust
    PH3 cams
    Remap

And a few other little tweaks then that would be around 150bhp, and would give it a good go in a straight line, and would definetly win on track

Even a standard VTS on track can keep up

have a look at k&n, green and itg panel filters. As for sparkplugs just get ngk r's £10 or less for 4 cant go wrong

i would personally go for a green panel filter, middle of the price range and i believe they give the best gains with a decent CAF.
