lowering on 16s

    i will soon be puttin c2 vts wheels on my sax which are 16s, how much do yous think i should lower it by so the wheels fit snug in the archs i DONT like the really slammed look thanks

    got to be 40mm id say, my mate did his 40mm on the c2 vts wheels, looked smart. filled arches but wasnt too loww

    I've got 16s on mine, I think mine is 40mm lowered. But I didnt do it so im not sure. Mine rub. a lot.

    Getting it rased to 25-30mm soon. Its far far far too low right now.

    how many teeth is that turned on the tortion bar for the rear?

    mines turned two i think and its ruffly 60mm

    195/45/16's on mine. So pretty damn small profile.

    IMO 40 or 50mm with 195/40/16 tyres...

    splines method is wrong mate, and can f*ck up your rear beam

    the correct way is to remove the tortion bars and set at height wanted then abit of copper grease on them and put the bars back in

    yeh i heard there was two ways to low them, no wonder mine eats rear beams for fun.

    Mine is lowered 40mm on 16's with 195/40/16, looks great tbh, im not a fan of the really slammed look either
