Right me misses saxo's standard dials are snot green neither of us like them.... How can i go about changing them for her! me Corsa has the LED's that you just swap for new ones.... does the saxo have new dials or is it a matter of changin the bulbs like in me corsa. Its a '96 saxo if that helps. Lookin for blue if possible.

    Any info is greatly recived

    Kind regards

If you have good eyes, small fingers, a steady hand & a clam temper, then i'd say go for it

Otherwise try & get the led's & possibly find someone who does things like this for a living (like my brother)

The LED's need soldering or are they just a direct replacment like on corsa's? if so i think i can hadle it i had to rip me dash apart to do mine. The hardest bit was of all things taking out the storage bin in drivers foot well. I was screwing large. the rest was easy here is the pics of it all finished.

    Blue led kit

You could buy the led's & either have a go at is yourself, pay somebody to fit them or give that guy £69 for them fitted.

My brother & i was on about doing this service for £45, but i dont think people are willing to drive around for a few days without there dials

Just tell her to cough up £100, keep £31 for the hassle & send that dash bit off to that guy on ebay.

Its realli easy. Hardest part is gettin that storage bin out from the drivers side foot well. It has to lil tabs on top of it u have to reach around and pop them down! there is a metal bar in the way i had to use a metal ruler, screw driver and nearly break my wrist!
after that its simple! twist old bulbs out and twist new LED's in

sorry to rain on ya parade guys but the mk2 saxo has tiny leds soldered into the clocks

the mk1 has twist lock bulbs just like his corsa has i had to change a bulb today on my mk1 vtr

the actual holder for the bulb is different to the vauxhall ones tho mate as i had an astra mk3 gsi rep with blue leds b4 i got indiglo dials

so u would have to find sum1 selling the proper holders with leds in or put the leds in the holder yourself

also u cant get the clocks out with out the wheel off but u can get to the back of clocks to swap bulbs if u take ya time fiddly and tight spaces but can be done trust be i did it today as i didnt want to give citroen doncaster 80 quid to change a bulb that cost me 1 pound

sorry for long topic but jus thought i would help out
