water coming in but from where?

My saxo has recentley started tro have a lot of water in the driver side foot well and through to the back, im not sure where it is coming from as i have cheackd the seals and the sunroof and there dry. please help as i have'nt a clue how its getting in?????????????????

If it's definitely not the sunroof then it'll be through the aerial, and will be coming in past the interior light.

If its coming from the aerial, take the intererior light out, you should be able to see where the aerial is fixed to the roof by looking through. Check its not loose! if it is then obviously tighten it

I did this today, noticed a bit a leak for the first time. I put some sealer around where the aerial is fixed, and problem solved

i had this problem for ages.i checked all the usual places and re sealed everything but water still came in.in the end i figured out that the water wss leaking in from the drain hole under the wiper motor.the water had worked its way through the seam sealent that joins the bulkhead to the slam panel.i put putty over the are making sure i didnt stop the water from draining away and it fixed it.you cant actually see the deam, but can feel it by sticking your finger through the drain hole.i hope this helps and if u need to know anything else pm me.

Sounds like what we got on my Mrs car, there's a leak on the front windscreen, get some talcon powder put it over the windscreen and slowly pour a watering can over it. It should show you to the flow and where its coming through.

Winscreen seal. You can either get a new one (expensive) or silicone over the whole length of it. Hopefully it should sort you out.

Thanks for all ur help, it wasnt coming though the suroof, as the interia light was still dry. I have been told that it may be from the pollen filter, but not sure how and where. I will have a look to see if it coming through the drain hole and seal it up.
its not a little leak, its like a big puddle all through the footwell, and through to the back.

hey babe! x got the same problem but mines the passenger side!! its like my local duck pond i swear! noticed it yesterday when i had to get my documents from underneath my metal mats for my tax. they were all sogged up to fuck! funny tho givin them to the smelly'ens at the local post office, also noticed my rectangle interior light was filled up with water!! keeping it there tho for emergencys lol

Having the same problem. When it rains, driver's footwell floods. Sides are dry and just can't find where it's coming in. Any suggestions. Don't have a sunroof. Lots and lots of condensation on inside of windscreen in the morning, but that doesn't seem to be the problem. Where is the rain water coming in?

its not leakin thru any grommets under engine ie if u have system fitted where u feed live wire for the amp
