wheel refurb...

   right ive picked up a set of vtr wheels and tyres for £60 but i wanna refurb/spray them. need to know what sand paper and the best paint to use please?

   literally finished mine today...check my progress for results!! i kinda cheated a bit as mine werent to bad so didnt need fully refurbing. I used wet & dry paper just to take the 1st coat off the wheels, then metal primer, 2-3 coats, gloss white paint, 3 coats, then clear gloss 3 coats again. doesnt take to long...just the wiating for them to dry inbetween coats...

   with a black car there are loads of options. white and black are the usuals but bright colours work good
