getting rattle can spray off?

   hi the last owner of my saxo had sprayed the front bumper black strip silver to mach the car but made a complete mess full of bubbles and runs i would like to try and take the piant of to get it back to the black plastick what would be the best way? also he must of sprayed it while it was on the car and got a mist of paint on my angel eyes what would be the best way of getting it off without damaging the lights?

   i was going to use turps but i dont want to mess up the original paint on the bumper

   Turps on the lights,
   
   T cut if its lightly over-sprayed on any already painted/laquer surfaces such as bonnet etc (be careful, dont use alot and dont be aggressive)
   
   The bumper bit itself is going to be really hard as the surface is textured.
   
   Might be easier buying a new bumper?

   hi mate to be honest for the bumper a lot of sand paper sand it all the way back but it will look so bad after you will have to paint it again and the lights of scrubbing and white spirit lol to paint ya bumper its pritty simple its all in the prep
