    will a vtr gearbox fit my vts engine? My box grinds a little going into 1st, 3rd and 5th but is ok in 2nd and fourth, i'm installing a new clutch anyway so figure if box is a little worn i can replace that whilst im at it, any know for defo if it will fit and if any mods are needed?

    box will go on no problems there. the vtr ratios are longer. you will get a better mpg tho.

    It will be a straight swap. You'll probably notice the VTR box will kill your acceleration slightly as well.
