You don't need to bleed the system if your changing pads/discs.

whilst we are in the category, i have just fitted 4pot brembos to my sax, will be every day use what brake fluid should i use? is it expensive? wheres best to get it from?

When fitting new disks and pads all you need to do is take the mc lid off to allow the fluid to fill it up when you push the pistons back.
If it over flows then you need to rinse it off straight away with lots of water, put the mc lid back on 1st as water in the fluid isnt good.
dot four is fine for most applications.
Dot five should be used if you intend doing alot of track days.
Dot 5 requires changing alot more regualy than dot 4.

Dot 4 fluid is £14.97 for 4.5 litres from Euro Car Parts (could bleed system twice with that amount )

Guess Dot 4 will be what your after as it's only for day to day use?

Should change your brake fluid every 2 year tbh

i would run a synthetic dot5.1 doesn't absorb water or o2 as much as dot4. Also has a higher boiling point. Even if your car is just a daily driver will still be useful. Will have more consistent braking for the next few years
