first you got to go to a spraypaint shop and pick up plastic primer gray and get some colour match spray paint and some laquer should need 2 to 3 cans of each for one bumper some maskin tape if ya matching up to anything and some sand paper not to rough they will tell you what grade and some dust wipes. sand all the paint off the bumper or at least till you got a good key then wipe it all clean with the dust wipes. then give it a gental even spray with the primer leave for half a hour between each coat give it atleast 5 coats then same with the colour and 3 coats of laquer as long as you take your time and make sure you in a dust free enviroment if its in a shed or garage then wet the floor it attracts the dust i hope this helps mate

Yes, but wont get as good of a result as a bodyshop would, but of course your going to be paying alot more for the second option.

Be cheaper to find a posi blue kit in the first place. Not a rare colour to be find.

Not as expensive as people think my mate in a bodyshop charges me £35-£40 for spraying a bumper.

Yeah, its worth the money.. you wont get the best results doing it yourself if you have never done it before.

Sure is mate. They could do a good deal for the re-spray and fitting it all together. Just have a look around and you'll find a good price.
