advise on alloys

hi just after some advise i currently have 15's on my vtr ive gone for more style inside the car not really fancin a body kit etc but would like to put 17's on it ive been told that 17's slow u down if so is it alot
its been lowered 35ml and have also been told that puttin 17's on it would rase it back up and that i would then want skirts for it etc is this also true and if so would i not just be able to lowere it a bit more thanks

you wont have to raise it, you cna lower it further BUT your going to haev to do more arch work before you lower it and more if you do lower it further

Yes they will slow you down, you might not feel it that much going to 17's but drop back to 15's and you will. Its a massive weight and rolling road radius difference
