******PLEASE HELP******driveshaft problems

   I think i may have come to the root of my problem but just wondering what the symptons of a knackered drive shaft are and which one to replace ?

   Squeeking when going round corners
   
   Loud knocking noise when turning corners
   
   Scraping noise, goes with the revs.

   jack it up on some stands and rotate the wheel to listen for clunking, squeeking

   knocking when cornering, which is usually the cv joint. Either that or unusual noises. Although when the joints gone you have to do the whole shaft

   You may be able to see grease/oil on the inside of the wheel where the cv boot has gone, thats what happened when mine went on my 106. Had a horrible knocking noise when going around corners as well.

   hi i think i have found the root of the problem its been in the garage today all suspension, steering and gearbox oil has been checked and they are all ok the noise is down to the power steering pump is on its way out , thanks everyone for all your input
