#2Personally I would not buy a damaged used manifold but it would depend on how damaged it really was. It does not matter if its 4-1 or 4-2-1 its really down to how well its designed. If you get a good one such as a GMC or Peugeot Sport item there going to be good. If its some cheap unbranded item off ebay well you tend to get what you pay for.1 user thanked this post:

#3the only damage to it is on the bend where the dwn pipe connects to the centre section where someones bottemed it out on sumthing think

#44-2-1 midrange power increase
4-1 top end increase
on paper anyways
really a 4-2-1 is more common and is suitable for medium powered cars.
When S/Charging or running bodies/cams a 4-1 would be better -
#5Is a janspeed manifold inc sport cat and good for a vtr?

#6expensive. They are mild steel iirc which isnt great.
Your better off getting a stainless steel manifold which will decat your car. And use an under car cat when you need to get it mot'd
