want more power???

   hi i have an mk2 vts, 76k,induction kit done,decat,lowered,had dyno'd at 142bhp
   could anyone give me a list of mods that i can get done besides turbo's/superchargers that would increase the power and performance of my car,also nothin that costs an absolute fortune please!
   things like gettin head skimmed etc........
   thans alot for any suggestions!

   You dont have 142bhp mate.
   
   4-2-1 manifold, Cams, remap, headwork. SC/TC or throttle bodies are the only way to go for big power.

   Very generous rolling road there, that's alot of gain from an exhaust and induction kit, but look at head skimming, possible port and polish? Re-maps etc.

   yeah with those mods i would hope to see 130bhp you wont gain that from aexhuast and induction kit....

    Cams, 4 branch manifold and got mapping would give ya good bit extra.
    
    Or if you've money port and polish and get valves and springs and really aggressive cams
