Need to change head gasket, anyone help?

Hi guys, i just noticed oil pissing out of the front of my engine head gasket and down onto the fan belt ect. my question is:- is there anyone from south wales that know what to do and could help me for a small fee, i could try it myself but never done it before, alos i'll be changing the timing belt, tensioners ecti cant afford to take it to a garage so is anyone out there??

before anyone moans, i have popped this question in my area section aswell

TBH it drives fine with no indication of breakdown ect, Sparco tom, how much do you think?? if i supply the parts drove to you, how long would it take ect, im willing to help, i do alot of work myself but just aint never done this job??

its common problem, mines leaking at the mo, but only slightly, cant even notice the oil going down on the dipstick, and it doesnt drip on the floor, iv just left it until it gets werse, but if you say yours is pissing out then you'll have change it.

yeah it was okay literally on xmas, i noticed a little bit of oil but now whilst running, ticking over, it is coming out pretty fast.., SPARCO TOM, that sounds awesome, what i can do is drop it to you then mouch about town for the day and collect it later in the same day if thats okay.. i'll pm you when im ready mate..if you pm me what you need, i have a trade account with GMF, local motorfactors, so parts wont cost me much.

is this right, i need:--

OIL,
OIL FILTER,
COOLANT,
HEAD GASKET SET inc MANIFOLD GASKETS ECT,
TIMING BELT KIT inc PULLEYS
???
WHAT about water pump ect.....

136k, i dont know when anything was done last. i just done a full service on it aswell LOL, nevermind... i wanted to change the head gasket and timing belt anyway as like i said i dont know when or even if they've been done..Better if someone could do it locally to be honest as i dont want to break down on the way, its a fair old treck like

Take it to a local garage. If you're willing to drive to Buckinghamshire and pay him £80 by the time you've paid for travelling. etc. You could have taken it to a garage.

Bloke down Gorseinon charges £70 to do just a timing belt, that's including parts.

Ring around a few local places. Haggle. You'll get it done for a decent price.

well they recommend timing kits after 100k and id put a water pump on to be on the safe side. because if this locks up, thats the belt snapped, valves bent etc..

Gorseinon Tyres & Exhausts Methinks its called.

There's two garages right next to each other on Gorseinon Road. One does MOT's, The other doesn't. It's the place that does MOT's that does the timing belts. The other garage is worth asking though, he's shit hot, a really nice guy and reasonable.

What is the rough price of a head gasket for saxo vtr?? Any idea how much a garage would charge to do it... Don't even know if it's worth it for a t reg??

I really want to sell it though so need to get it done otherwise it won't sell, i've just had to fork out for new clutch and lower arm just don't want to spend anymore than I'm going to get back
