Back bumper, what to do?

   How can i get the bumper to sit flush in the arches as i had a little accident and ripped off the block of firbre glass used for the self tappers
   
   tiger seal won't work
   
   is the only thing to do, drill a hole on the sides and use a nut and bolt?

   the side of the bumper has no places to attach to the car in order for it to sit flush in the arch, i think i'm just going to drill a hole in each side then just have the bolt head visable from the outisde

   oh i see, would could fiberglass a new bolt in there... nut and bolt would look horrible from the outside..
