engine noise

   My engine starting to make a weird noise..
   
   The Moise only happneds when im going from 0-60 i cant here the noise after 60... but mainly when accelerating....
   
   cant really describe it.. but it sounds like the engine struggling under accelerating.... been told my head is on its way... could that make the engine sound different...
   
   Can you tell the head is going from your cars water system..
   They did some test on my water and said the heads gone..

   its not something like a misfire?
   Could be your headgasket failing

   is it the engine rev'ing as you get to 60 in 2nd ?

   check ur oil and water levels, or do a compression test or drain some water out of ur coolant system and leave it in clear bottle an leave it see if any oil seperates from it, but do some checks urself 1st cause some people do try it on if they think they can get away with it....
