#2They can look really good on the right car, get some pics up and we can see
-
#3Pointless.
-
#4Neg Repped. Theyre stupidly awfull. Put it in the bin.
-
#5Imo it depends on the rest of the car, euro ftw
-

#9Never seen one a Mk1 before, so not sure how that would look?
Mk2 bonnet bra = EPIC FAIL! They look crap especially where the cut out is for the grille
Also they do the opposite to what they say they do...they protect from stone chips, but scratch the bonnet like mad with the grit that gets stuck under them

#10yea there is alot that you got to watch with them they only good in summer there not suppose to be on the bonnet when car wet or take it off every week. when you clean it aswell and in this weather it always wet it froze.Quote:Never seen one a Mk1 before, so not sure how that would look?

#11Uncool in my opinion.
-
#12I really like the mark 2 bra's...have never seen them on a mark 1 though!Quote:Never seen one a Mk1 before, so not sure how that would look?

#14try a search discussed many many times2 users thanked this post: ,

#15only mk1 i no who has/ had one is 'saxo180's silver one. dont look too bad on that but im not sure if its just the uber clean car which makes up for the looks

looks cack on all mk2's/most other mk1's, so tacky/cheap looking and it never fits nicely around the mk2 grill -
#16yea thats what i dont like about mine the grill bit never fits perfect.
-
#17there cool on the right car but some ppl jut buy them cos there a fairly cheap mod wen they dont go with the rest of the car
-
#18Its not a matter of are they cool or not.....they are there to protect the paint from stones etc.
Sadly IMO they are very poorly made and actually scratch the paintwork underneath, i was very dissapointed with Autobra and made sure they were aware of that!
James -
#19all depends on the car there on
-
#20good thanks they needed making aware of these. might put on up for sale or keep hold for the future.
-
#21i had one on my polo 6n but that was dub style. not really seen many on saxo's
-
#22they are a nasty addition.
-
#23I dont normally like them, but Luke1988 has one on his mk2 posi furio and i have to admit in the flesh i though it looked really quite nice!
-
#24i used to have one on mine thought it was awesome didnt scratch my bonnet as i only had it on every now and then that the only reason i sold it because it didnt get used and somebody wanted one on here
-
#25seriously uncool imo
-
#26not a fan tbh ........................ never have been
-
#28Uncool imo... As said it just scratches the bonnet instead of protecting it, I personally dont think they suit saxos either.
-
#29i think they look good on some cars but not saxos
-
#30imo they look tacky.
-
#31i love my bonnet bra...think i'm one of the lucky ones because i only have one or two light scuffs on the bonnet and i keep it on all the time
-
#32Not a fan sorry. Yes it protects the bonnet from scratches and chips etc, but whats the point in that if its not going to get seen anyway.
-
#33mine fitted quite nicely tbh.
Did like them but not too keen now...
-
#34I think they look daft on most cars tbh

My mate has one on his Passat, and i actualy think it looks worse in person than photos aswell
But he loves it, so just different tastes i guess.
