106 Quiky to 16 Valve conversion

   Hi All - I know its not a saxo but figured its pretty similiar.
   
   A friend of mine is doing a conversion to 16 Valve in his quiky but needs to know if he has to pull the immobiliser out of his quiky before he rips the engine out of it to put the 16 valver in.
   
   There is a couple of guides on this but they are for VTR to 16V.
   
   Any help much appreciated.

   I would do so the quicksilver Ecu is unlocked - pull it out with the engine running

   then if he does that i assume when he fits the 16v ECU he will just have to make sure he gets the 16v ECU unlocked and then the car should start fine?
