Bottom end

   ive got a 2003 vtr and a think the bottom end has picked up bummer thts the bad news the good news is i have a silver top mk 1 spare engine does any one know if all the bolt on bits off my knackard 03 engine fit the mk1 block ie heads inlet mani etc and will it stll retain 98 bhp CHEERS FOR ANY HELP

   Yer bottom ends are the same, Just swap everything over including the head

   will all bolt together.
   
   jsut the mk1's are slight lower on compression

   use a slightly thinner headgasket
