Lowered saxo now rattling squeely noise on uneven roads (or even lol)

After i had my VTR lowered i went over a speed bump with a bit too much weight in the car and now since then there is a horrid noise coming from the rear. I've heard of a few people that have this problem after they lower their saxo. Its very strange as if you push the car down at the back and up again etc it doesn't make any noise it just seems to do it when it takes strain on roads.

Does anyone have any idea what it likely is?

Have you checked under the car? could be a nackered rear shock.

rear shock mate...look under and checlk that the washer has been put on either side of the shock... when we done mine forgot and it banged all the time.. put the washer back in and its fine.
its not the up and down movement of the shocks when on the road its moves side to side without the asher being there and makes the noise..

hope it helps.. it about £2.00 for the new bolts and washer from citreon
