replacing gearbox mount

   i believe its just a rubber mount....
   
   how easy is it to replace?
   
   can i do it on my drive lets say?
   with hand tools??

   there are two mounts, which gearbox mounts you on about?
   
   and yes both are easy to do, lower one cheaper option is to buy the bush and get it pressed in
   
   one under battery is dead easy

   it is easy, you dont need to get the new/ old bush pressed in/ out. just use a hammer and a vice. other than that its 3 bolts holding it on. easy peasy dude.

   Ive done both on mine in under an hour and I am no mechanical genius lol
   
   
   For the lower jack the car up and put axel stands uder the front. Then there are two bolts holding the mount to the gearbox, bolt going through the centre of the rubber, and a bolt at the back of the car in the movable arm

   yes mate just make sure the car is secure on axle stand or a decent trolly or bottle jack as the standard jack are shit lol
