   there is a little reason behind this...
   
   my bumpers cracked just to the right of the towing eye hole so i would like to cover that with a tow sticker. then whack the towing eye on permanently and then also paint the rear towing eye yellow.

   If you're going to do it then do it with one of the Tow Straps linked to underneath.

   it would cost me a lot more than £20 to get the bumper fixxed.
   
   i was trying to think of a way to get a colour scheme on the go and i thought this may have been a start.
   
   is it just the omp ones that are illegal or are all illegal including the standard one?

    I had one got bored of it. I like my solid standard one. As its free and does the same job. Plus its useful for parking, as my seats bolted to the floor and the steering wheel has been lowered so i can see over the dash

    its illegal to have it fitted and not being towed, would cause more injury if u hit a pedestrian

    fuck em they dont pay road tax. They shouldnt be on the road. They deserve to get a towing eye in the shins

    haha, but my slam panel is from a 1.1 saxo so i cant screw in the tow eye....and the hook attatched to the slam panel is higher than the bottom of my bumper so if i need to be towed the bottom of my bumper would get screwed up. i can attatch a tow strap to the tow hook on the slam panel and have it coming out the hole in the bumper
