This questions probably come up b4 but oh well. i want to lower my car 50mm but thers comment on here in variouse places that say you should do the dampers aswell what sorta benifits would this have?? as i dont have a lot of money and want the car lowered as soon as wold it have anny long term suspention health problems if i just did the springs?????? (sory i am a noob and i know virtually fa about the mechanical stuff)

#2best to do the whole lot. if the springs are just changed in time the shocks will be knackered and you will have to take it all apart again. i have heard that you can get away lowering the car 30mm with standard shocks, any lower and the shocks should be changed. look on kams site for shocks, will be worth it in the long run.

#4should i do the bushing aswel just as everything else is getting done would tht be a benifit as it keeps everything new in the arches??

and replace anything that looks tired or worn out.
