1.1 timing tools

   can anyone tell me what tools are needed to lock the engine during a timing belt change on a 98 1.1 saxo please? can you use a drill bit etc? if so what sizes?

   8mm drill bit for the cam pulley and iirc a 4mm allen key in the hole next to the crank sensor
