loosing power at 3k rpm in third

   hey as title really it does it on acceleration in 3rd and basicly just looses power and stops aceleration for a second or two then power comes back. what might this be i was thinking fuel pump or spark plugs its due a service really so going to get that done soon but any ideas i have used some redex in the last tank i had could this have caused something also my exhaust is blowing but sorting that tonight or tomorrow just wierd how it only does it about the same time in 3rd

   Change up then
   
   Could be fuel filter.

   Sounds like your fuel filter is blocked up buddy......

   okay yeah i was thinking that seen as i just used redex i suppose i loosend shit and got stuck in the fuel filter il be giving it an oil change and do that aswell then

   fuel filter definatly seems a good thing to change at first.

   changed fuel filter today and seems better so far will see if its that or not for deffinatly tonite.
