Thermostat & Rad Queerie

   I need some help!
   
   Ever since I changed my thermostat and anti freeze, I've just noticed that there seems to be a small leak coming from were the Hose connects to the thermostat housing!
   
   So whats the best way to seal this? Also Is the radiator expansion Tank normaly under pressure? As I went to check the level after a quick 2 min drive up the road, and the lid opped off and spat at me?

   Is the housing damaged?
   
   Get the system bled as well, should help. also check the thermostat is opening.

   Its not always under pressure, just when it starts getting hot or when it is hot.

   Thermostate should be opening, as Its brand new! I think I just need to re-seal it! As when i put it back together it had a small drip!

   Wouldn't hold to that mate, I had a brand new one which locked up in less than a week!
