sticking rear badges back on !

    Right took badges off to spray them !

    and all that foamy sticky stuff has came off. . .

    so was just wondering what you have used to stick them back on with ?

    I used 2 part glue, (expoxy resin) seemed to work

    I wiped a touch of pink grip round them and it help it on perfect even came of easy with no marks

    how do you take them off in the first place mate, im wantin to do the same

    i just used a credit card , well gym card but its same ! and gently prised it off . . .

    As already mentioned, you can get away with using a credit card and doing it slowly and carefully being careful to not snap the guiding pins behind the badges or the actual badges themselves. There are three pins behind the Citroen badge and two pins behind the Saxo badge. After you have removed the badges, you will be left with the left overs of the sticky pads, which can come off with some glue/sticker remover or something similar (nail varnish remover).

    I found the best way to put them back on is to buy some 1mm or 2mm number plate fixing pads from Halfrauds, cut them into small strips making sure the strips are not wider than the letters of the badges and then gently stick them to the back. Once you have put sticky pads all over the back of the letters, just push the badges back onto the boot lid using the guiding pins
