#2have you washed it with warm soapy water? are you spraying in the cold? if you have washed it make sure it is dry completely before spraying. if its outside use a hairdryer to warm up all the grill spray then come back in 5 mins and heat it up again and bring in to the warm.
hope that helps -
#3yeah well i washeed it and dryed it saying that was doing it in garge lol and was freezing ill heat spray can and grill up when this primer drys obv ill sand back down lol

#4if it doesn;t work very lightly spray over the bubbled parts almost like dropping the paint in the holes, it was good advise gievn to me when doing my alloys as they kept reacting with something.
it works too takes a lil more time and effort but works -
#5im going to try but body filler over it and sand down it seems to stick to filler no problem

#6what type of primer are you using? if its just normal that could be the problem, get some plastic primer on it

but yeah, it will stick better if its warm
if you are in the garage, get one of them halogen heaters and leave it near that to warm it up a bit before spraying
i can tell you from experience that using the radiators in the kitchen is not a good idea if you are living with the mrs!!!

#7make sure the spray nozzle is clean
dont use whie spirit or meths, just wash it over with soapy water then leave to air dry, make sure its totally dry though
how far are you sprayign from the part, whats the temperature like were you are spraying?
if its too hot the paint drys before hitting the part making a dusty spattered effect on the part, best if its cold tbh but not freezing
