   my saxo 1.4 ticks over but wont go past 4000 rpm,any help?

   blocked fuel filter? faulty coilpack, ecu in limp mode

   So many different things it could be. Some very simple, some not. Will need more information and information about things you have tried.

   when mine wouldnt rev over 5k i found out it was a multiple missfire on the coil pack.
   you should get it on the diagnostics and see if there are any faults there
