My original quote for me driving 2 years 1 years ncd was quoted £1800 fully comp with the c2 worth 9k and a £500 excess. this included breakdown cover , winscreen cover, legal cover and a replacement car within 2 hours.

There website is awesome you can basically do anything to your policy so the mother-in-law has started a new job and she drives a disabilty car and aint insured for business so i said ill add her onto mine as business if she added me onto her disability car.

did it online in 5 mins and cost me ................. well it didnt they refunded me £200 and allows both me and the mother-in-law to drive business.
(shes only going to be using my car 3 days a week and she drives a 59 plate honda jazz ivtec + very nice car so happy with driving that)

then i was having a nosy today and decided to add the missus on as shes only got a provisional licence and wants to start driving. so fill all her details in and i got my premium price back and they upped my insurance by ... erm..
    NOTHING!!!

the i had a ganders at modifcations

    and im allowed;

    alloys worth upto £1000
    ice worth upto £1000
    stainless steel exhaust
    rear tints.
    lpg conversion.
    roofbars and towbar.

a few more but cant remember them all.

im not allowed to have it lowerd , any engine mods no suspension mods. no roll cage no bucket seats.

only thing im gutted about is lowering but seeing as i usualy have 3/4 people in the car i couldnt have it lowered any way.

so i ticked yes and proceeded to premium charge page and guess what.

dont get charged for the modification that are in the list and they are 100% replaceable to there exact value.

    anybody else with them?

Swiftcover what a joke, so much so I used to have the domain swiftcoversucks.co.uk until they got really shirty about it, but strangely enough they sorted out the issue.
