Loud squeeking/screeching noise, heard it could be power srteering pump???

   I was wondering if any1 could help me with this.... When im driving i get a loud squeek coming from under the bonnet, its only when ur not accelerating hard... i heard it was altenator belt, so i done that and the timing belt, still squeaking! then someone said to me about a power steering pump, something to do with when u lower the car, any1 know anything about this?    You sure you got the belt tensioner properly done? make sure the belts tight.

   belts are done properley. whats this driveshaft bearing mate? i know the driveshafts were done before i bought it, is that just the front wheel bearing?

   ive changed my tensioner, got a new belt, and still squeaks, thinking is a bearing gone on the bottom pully and its only squeaking at random times, where as before it was when the power steering kicked in and when the air-con was on,, (anything using engine power to work)

   i've had this, and helped about 10 people this last month who have had it, with the help of Alanpone,
   
   basically its the Bearing on the support for the long (drivers side) driveshaft
   
   either replace the bearing £23
   or the whole driveshaft £80

   awrite i see mate, where can i get a hold of one of these bearings that shuld do it as the shafts have not long been done

    hi i have had the same problem with mine and i have replaced the whole driveshaft (the longest one) and it cured the problem for about 6 weeks and now its doing the same thing if not a lot worse so i am thinking power steering pump now it also whines too louder when turning corners its doing my head in i have never known a car to have so many problems.
