help with my new alloys

1. saxoblue L-plater Joined: Jan 2010 Southampton Posts: 58 Mk2 Saxo 1.1i desire

   I have a set of 16 inch ACE 112 alloys and I want to fit them to my saxo.
   The offset is 40, so I need some spacers.
   Would 20mm spacers be alright?
   
   Will I need some new longer bolts as well then?

   what are all the measurements for the alloys? for example on the tire mine says 195/45/15

   my tyres are 195 45R 16 80v
