As the title suggests I'm considering getting another Saxo (after having my 306 DT for over a year now atleast) but I can't think what to get.
I've been thinking about getting another 1.4, but would like the power of a VTS.
I've been doing some research and came across HiFlow Heads, got looking and to my supprise they do a great of stuff for the 1.4! The reason why I've posted in this section is because I noticed HiFlow do a 16v head for the 1.4, don't have a clue how it would work as I thought you had to have extra oil returns and stuff from the block... also how does tha head work with the ECU and what cams would I be looking at if I were to get that head?
Also westling with the idea of a Turbo to head towards 200+ ponies, but this would mean fully forging out the bottom end if I wanted some reliability and higher boost....
The only reason I'm looking at 1.4's is, even if its tuned it's cheaper insurance, cheaper tax and also I'm guessing the engine is quite abit lighter (and lightness and power is what im after really) then the 1.6's. Anyway this is all pie in the sky until I decide on something and commit to it.
Last question, anyone know of anymore companies like HiFlow?
