will then leave as a mat finish -
#4plus i think lacquaring matt makes it come up shiner. could try lacquaring in the very cold, but would still have a slight shine to it

#11on my last car a had the wheels and roof dun in matt black and it never got laquerd jus put plenty of layers on and it never scratched or out still looked good a year later

#13I`ve had Matt black high temp paint on my radiator grill for c3 months now it hasn`t flaked or chipped,didn`t apply lacquer either.
