it does look really clean n tidy plus everything appears to be included. A2 theory seems alrite, basically its gonna hav a lil bit of wear havin done 56k

im lookin to buy one during the summer and then build on it over the next year b4 droppin it into the car so all the slightly worn bits wud hav new shiney parts anyway

as far as gettin sum1 to swap it goes, ive been told by a few ppl that its roughly £500 to put it in aswel give or take a few hundred. wonder how much citroen wud charge lol

lol your joking arnt ya? @ how much cit will charge, i wanted some new vtr badges, the guys at good 'ol cit said £30 :-| for badges ? .... i cant imagine what they would say if we actually asked them to lift something up !

supose they have to make money from some place ! lol, sometimes citroen are cheaper than copy part makers (for bits and bobs) but mot my experiances, even from my early ax gti days have been bad.

the only thing ive bought from citroen so far has been new clips for the VT kit when i got it. cost me £6 for 30 of them.

the clips that attach the VT kit ? i paid £3.00 each for them, cant remember how many i purchased, i prchased them due to full strip-down for a full respray.

the lil plastic shit things that r along the arches that snap randomly as soon as u put them anywhere near the hole in the bodywork. replaced them with small bolts now so i wont have that problem agen

heya guys, a friend of mine who works for a breakers yard is selling a vts engine...complete with everything you need to swap it over....

engine
gearbox
wiring loom
ecu
keys

and if theres anything else you need itll be included...

its done about 50k aswell

he wants £600 delivered...

all u need is what he has posted

u can get the new ECU code transfered onto the old keys at any good timpsons as they have a transponder key reader

and check insurance, beacuse it more expensive to insure a transplaneted car than a normal vts
