#2Is the replacement tyre the same as the O/S? If not go get it changed so its the same. If it is - does it do it all the time or just on full lock?

#3Your tyres may be too big for your arches if they arnt standard furio tyres as the new ones have new rubber with greater volume. Alternativly your arch lining could have been knocked loose or something and is touching the tyre. Have a good look at where exactly its rubbing.

#5If they are the standard tyres for that car definatly, either the innerarch has moved somewhere, the wheels may not be on properly, or something similar. Get under the car with a torch and inspect it and have a good play about see if anything moves
